"Perhaps if we saw what was ahead of us, and glimpsed the crimes, follies, and misfortunes that would befall us later on, we would all stay in our mother's wombs, and there would be nobody in the world but a great number of very fat, very irritated women."

Yo ho, yo ho a pirate's life for me
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is so effin' awesome I enjoyed it a great deal than Spiderman 3. Ba't kaya uso ngayon sa Hollywood ung meh scene pa after ng credits? Buti na lang I had this strong feeling na meron nga so we waited and un nga, may scene. My five-year old nephew Stephen went with us and he was already complaining "It's so matagal!" while the credits were rolling. So buti na lang talaga meron. Ay nko. We do it all the time na since X-Men: The Last Stand. We wait until after the credits.
Kasi naman pauso! Cheverlu!

Anyway, I guess summer's officially over now for me. My swimming days are over. And I've got about two weeks 'til classes start to regain my color. OK. I'll do a recap on the happenings in my uneventful and drab (well, atleast that's what I think it is) life. If I remember correctly, I've read five books this summer, Men and Cartoons, which took a long time to read because I just don't see the point on all the stories or it's just not for me, book 10 of A Series of Unfortunate Events, reread The Order of the Phoenix, then this short book I got from Doulos called Passover and then Shopaholic and Baby! It's amazing how I can read the Shopaholic books in 1-3 days only. I guess it's just so hilarious and exciting that I just couldn't put it down. I reaaly, really envy Becky Brandon (nee Bloomwood), even though she's not at all real, although who knows, there can be a handful of Beckys out there. Well, for one, she's got a PERFECT husband. And her stupidity and impulsiveness often leads to something good I mean, how many people can do that huh? Haay, I wish I could end up with someone like Luke Brandon. He is just PERFECT, and he's a stick-to-one kind of guy. He loves Becky so much. Finding a Luke Brandon is like searching for the Yamashita treasure (or something) nowadays. But then, why couldn't I end up with someone like him? All I have to do is find a job that will take me to London (yes, he has to be British too), channel my inner shopaholic (although I don't think it needs channeling anymore) and just be, I don't know...myself? HAHA.
Right.
But anyway, back to the recap. I am reading the first book of the Chronicles of Narnia. I took swimming lessons, met an NFF, and I also met this guy that I really like. I like him like him. Really. There's just so many things I want to write here but it'll take an eternity to read. But he didn't ask for my number, so it really confuses me right now. Honestly, how are you supposed to KNOW what's going on in a boy's mind? I mean, actions speak louder than words, don't they? AArgh.
Whatever.
And then to the recap again, I watched the 1st and the 2nd and the 1st six episodes of the 3rd season of House, episodes 1-17 of Heroes, the whole of Gokusen 2 and countless movies. And then I found my idea of heaven. It's a new bookstore in Galleria called Bestsellers, it's sooooo HUGE! Love it...it's kinda like the Fully Booked in Rockwell. I so looove bookstores, particularly big ones. :-D
I can't believe I'm going to college now. I'm so nervous. Plus, I'll have to wear a uniform! I hate it. Good thing I found this really lovely pair of suede flat shoes from Charles and Keith that I'll wear to school, that cheered me up a bit.
Well, join me in praying that he'll text me. I don't know. I just want HIM to text me.
Boys...*sighs*
